I've made a deck like this with a fortress ex and meowscarada ex and it was really good, the lugia archeops is really smart
Imtherookie4 Lugia Archeops isn't **that** smart. It was pasted all over the place as THE silver tempest strategy lol. It still is a good strat though.
Consider adding some copies of Blunder Policy (Brilliant Stars) to give yourself some more cards when attacking with the funny little monkey
