Have you considered Radiant Greninja? I'm also not a huge fan of Magma Basin, as it makes Armarouge easier to snipe. Replacing 2 with Mesagoza could be a nice addition. I also think you should replce a lighting energy with a fire energy. Iron Hands could also be an interesting card to include. Mostly just add Radiant Greninja. I love this concept!

Tangent Thank you for your comment(s)! I changed magma basin with mesagoza. However, I'm not sure about greninja. I don't think this deck has many bench space left. I think I'd rather focus getting the rayquazas in play. If I'd any bench space left here, skwovet would be more vulnerable, in order to spare important cards.
