How to play:
Lugia/Cinccino works similarly to regular Lugia where your goal is the get out lugia, get two archeops in discard with cards like Serena, Ultra ball, and Research. Snorlax works as a secondary attacker for Cinccino when you dont need to be taking high damage KOs to preserve energies as it can be powered up with a double turbo energy and a therapeudic energy to prevent sleep. Lumineon V is good for pulling supporters like Research or Serena when you need to and can also be searched out through ultra ball or master ball. All of the pokemon draws (Ultra ball, Master ball, Capturing aroma) are used to get out and set up your pokemon and ultimate get the Vstar off, 2 Archeops on bench and Cinccinos hitting for 280-350 (attach 2 from each archeops + 1 from hand makes 5x70=350) Cinccinos are squishy though so dont expect them to last long, especially with 5 energies attached to them as it makes them a huge target. This deck doesnt really do much other than setting up and power up Cinccinos as the fact that it needs to run so many energies is somewhat limiting, but what it does, it does well, and with path to the peak rotating out, lugia Vstar doesnt have to fear its ability being negated.
