Maybe consider adding Leon for the extra damage when using Wigglytuff.

JaceWindu18 Leon isn't standard anymore unfortunately.

Maybe try to add more copies of boss and maybe a pal pad. You need more supporters that have less impactful effects on your hand. Maybe a Worker or Avery.

Yeah, just having Prof. might hurt you with the Wigglytuff if you plan to use that a lot, a shuffle card might be better in this deck.

Oinkologne is cool, but you don't really need 2 stage one lines alongside the gigas, maybe remove those and add some regigigas vstar because it's also a good attacker

I hope that you like the edits, and other ideas to make this deck better are always welcome! I`ve been trying for days to make a decent Lugia deck, as it fell off the hardest when rotations happened, so hopefully this deck does become something in the future.

More Edits: Added Rigid Band to make Pokemon more tanky. Removed 2 Gift Energies. Removed 1 Battle VIP Pass.

Forgot that Rigid Band doesn`t work on VSTARS... whoops. So instead, I have added Vitality Band to the list. Defiance Band might be better, but I like Vitality more personally.
