CEL Lugia = Lugia V, Lugia BREAK = Lugia VSTAR, UNI Archeops = SIL Archeops, Weakness Guard Energy = V Guard Energy

If you don't know what Lugia VSTAR does, it's VSTAR Power is an ability that brings two colorless Pokemon out of the discard pile that don't have rule box. So the goal of this deck is to discard two Archeops, both of which have the Primal Turbo ability, which accelerates two Special Energies to one of your Pokemon,

So the goal of this deck is to discard two Archeops, both of which have the Primal Turbo ability, which accelerates two Special Energies to one of your Pokemon, then get them back onto the bench with Lugias ability.

The idea is that Greedent VMAX is for decks that focus on low health basics (namely, lost box), while Tornadus is for decks that focus on big HP Vs and stuff.
