Good against many types of decks but it's a 7/10 for me.

How do youget Archeops up

This deck kinda died after Scarlet and Violet rotation

you can't evolve archeops without archen. also miriadon-rotom can wipe the floor with this deck.

you can get archeops by using Lugia VSTAR's Summoning Star ability. And you'd be surprised by what Lugia can do to a lot of decks.

I guess this deck lacks cards such as Stoutland V (Battle Styles) which was common in pre-rotation Lugia decks

RotomTCG Yeah, the new rotation cancels out any cards with a "D" regulation mark, which does include the Sword and Shield base set.

I would play this with just 4 yvleltal and tons of energy, I never lost, I dont get why everyone didnt do that

Sad how they made the best combo in TCG history and then proceeded to make it post rotation a few months later. Thank god that's not happening with Chien-Pao. 

Wow man you are really missing a lot of good cards that a Lugia deck needs.  For starters professsor Burnett. Let's you discard 2 cards from your deck.  Can't believe you don't have that.  And the best attackers to have are raichou from silver tempest. He does 120 damage to the active Pokémon and a benched Pokémon and is a single prize card itself most of my attackers are such as yvetal which you have the raichou I mentioned and zamazrnta from vivid voltage. Does 180 damage and takes no damage from vmaxs while hitting logia's weakness for 2X effectiveness. And you need a blissed v for those endgame situations when your discard pile has more energy than your deck. Very easy to get her in 200-300 attack range. And you have the wrong double energy.  There is double energy that doesn't take away 20pts from your attack you should use that instead. And maybe out some weakness energy in there if you run into electric Pokémon a lot.  Decent setup but I can give you my deck list if you would like. Anyway good luck and good job. Unfortunately,Double Colorless Energy (Generations) was not in rotation when this deck lost was made, but double turbo energy was. There also wasn't any weakness guard energy.

Meanwhile,Professor Burnet (Silver Tempest Trainer Gallery) , from what I've seen, wasn't popular until post rotation because you had quick ball as an extra discard and evolution incense to find your archeops with.

I can understand raikou and blissey v though.

I put Kyogre in for Spread Damage. 80 to every pokemon, doesn't sound to bad, especially whey they retreat with some HP left, i still can get them on the bench. And knocks out the small timer basics easily. Let's see how it works. I'm curious.

There isn't enough recovery to only run two attackers, unless you plan on running Lugia as an attacker which is not a good idea, or looping Lumineom which actually could work but you only have one. Since this is already in Expanded though, you have access to many more better attackers, as well as Battle Compressor which, tbh is insane for this deck. With battle compressor, you could probably even run a frikin VUnion, but this setup doesn't apply enough pressure even in Standard.
