I'm not a big fan of how many evolution pokemon you need to find for Lugia Cincinno to work, so when I saw a list at NAIC running no rats, I knew I had to join the trend. Use Roseanne's Backup to recycle your Legacy Energy as well as pokemon that can use it to keep prize advantage constantly, until you eventually take all 6 prizes (hopefully).

(Disclaimer: By prize advantage I mean using Iron Hands or Wellspring Mask Ogerpon to take extra prizes or Knockouts. Legacy Energy's prize reduction effect is only once per game, meaning you can't abuse it multiple times with Roseanne. However, it is still worth re-shuffling as it is your only way to get rainbow energy)

Other attackers include Lugia itself to take down pokemon with 220 or fewer HP, Bloodmoon Ursaluna for late game attacks, Flutter Man to deal with Mimikyu and Lost Box, Lumineon V to remove its vulnerable self from the board, Wyrdeer to KO high HP pokemon, and Drapion V to hit Gardevoir ex for weakness (yes, I know that all Single Strike, Rapid Strike, and Fusion Strike pokemon rotated out, but its attack is still all colorless energy). Oh, and you can just ignore the TM Crisis Punch ;)
