Deck Primer

The offbrand Lugia VSTAR named Wigglytuff ex steals Lugia's one prize friend called Cincinno since it'll do 70 more damage for each Special Energy attached to it. So since Archeops died due to extinction, Colress's Tenacity is the only way to search your deck for a special energy. Unfortanutely, you can only attach a special energy once per turn due to the extinction of Lugia VSTAR and Archeops combo. You can attach Legacy Energy onto Wigglytuff for a one prizer Pokémon

You can attach Legacy Energy onto Wigglytuff for a one prizer Pokémon with 350 HP. Do note Wigglytuff's attack isn't that great only able to do 140 if you played a supporter card. Mimikyu helps counter all the ex Pokémon your opponent wants to use and with rescue board which gives it free retreat just makes it a free uber eats driver as if your opponent wants to have an ex Pokémon in the active spot, Mimikyu can pull up and be immune to it. Anyways, feel free to make any changes or leave any suggestions!

Edit #1: Added in a Rescue Board like @Waffle Enthusiast suggested.

Edit #2: No changes to the deck were made. Only thing changed was the deck name to show that it's a Wigglytuff ex deck.

I'd hate to go against this deck. The Handheld fans and Crushing Hammers seem to stall for more turns. Also, you should probably add in a rescue board for Mimikyu to have free retreat.
