Very nice deck! A few things that I'd suggest however would be to run Weezing instead of Koffing, since it has the same ability, and is an evolution Pokémon so you're not at risk of being stuck with it at the beginning of the game, with the downside being that it escapes rescue carrier range. I'd also suggest running evolution incense to fish for said Weezing or Lunala. Master ball can also replace any of your Pokémon search cards because it does what they do, but better. An alternative to popping balloon would be giant bomb, but you have to predict that your opponent would do at least 180 damage, so either work. Grimsley is essentially a free painful spoons, so that could work nicely here. Finally, I'd run one extra Tapu Lele and one less of Zigzagoon or Hawlucha. Overall, this is still a very good deck!

Mr. MEw , Glad that these helped! The deck is looking a lot better now! Hardly anyone comments on this site, so it can be hard to get suggestions from people, so I try to provide constructive criticism when I feel a deck needs it. I'll check out your other decks!
OK that is scary. Howevery there are improvements. Add scoop up net and jirachi EX(replace Tapu Lele ex). You can cut one hawlucha or even two because with scoop up net you can reuse the hawlucha and Jirachi EX. Maybe max roxie counts and also play 1-2 Iono.

I originally palyed 2 iono, but I realised that i'm gonna want to be using roxie or grimsley a lot, so I removed them.
