Use Drifblim, TM blindside, and scream tail to spread damage. Baby gardevoir can help you take some prize cards in case you prize your cosmog or lunala. Then at the end of the game when all of your opponets pokemon are damaged, use lunala to double evryhting and destroy your oppnets board.

I would remove the Scream Tail and Spectrier and go all-in on the Drifblim. I also prefer Miriam to Rod, and Arven to most things, so give those a try. Might want to beef up the Lunala line as well. This setup will probably struggle with higher-hp decks, but could work as a meta-call setup.
