Aim of the deck is to control your opponents hand while ensuring you have what you need with Pidgeot ex. Iron Hands is there for a potential 3 prize turn after Luxray softens the opponent and hand locks them. Aim to start with Tatsugiri to fill the same role as mysterious tail mew, but search out a supporter. Also replace master ball with new unfair stamp

Def scovillian vibes, but luxray is cooler and i think has more potential to control prizes as well
