Main strategy is to use Inteleon quick shooting to proc Scar Strikes on Luxray.

For cycling cards, use speed energy, stormy mountain (credit: @lobsterpaw), Drizzile can draw trainers, Zamazenta V and professor's Research will get energy in the discard for flaafy which can be quickly drawn with level & great balls.

Raidiant Charjabug is good to get out quickly, Miltank is protection against V spamming. And Raikou V is a great starter for cycling cards.

interesting list. i think it could benefit from Stormy Mountains (Evolving Skies) and you should probably know that the drizzile and mareep are gonna rotate out of standard on the 30th.

Oh dang, thanks lobsterpaw I'll try out maybe electrode -swsh4-46 and have to switch back to something else for getting damage out for the luxray.
