Battle VIP helps evolution decks set up well to evolve, if you are worried about rotation then Buddy Puffin will do wonders with this list when it comes out. Tm Evolution helps in going second and will increase targets for Arven and the same for Tm Crisis Punch. Skwovet maximizes the draw power of Bibarel. More copies of Gutsy Pickaxes, instead of V-guard I'd use double turbo energy, and Artazon instead of Lake Acuity. Outside of the upgrades it's a well-made deck overall, but it's just Lycanroc Ex is hard to make work. (The same upgrades including Reversal energy and Giovanis Charisma work well with the Crown Zenith single Prize Lycanroc with 240 damage Midnight Fang attack. It would mean cutting the Ex version though) Buts its not my decklist and its up to you.
