First or second: To be honest it depends on the hand but most of the time you should go first to attach energy early.

Strat: in this deck you would want to get jirachi in the active spot if not bidoof. Basically you would stall to the next turn so you can power up decidueye or lycanroc to attack.

Lycanroc: If lycanroc attacks get sableye onto bench and attach rocky helmet and after you opponent attacks and puts damage counters on you you use Sableye and Boss's Orders to ko a 1 or

Lycanroc: If lycanroc attacks get sableye onto bench and attach rocky helmet and after you opponent attacks and puts damage counters on you you use Sableye and Boss's Orders to ko a 1 or 2 prizer for 220 repeat.

Decidueye: if Decidueye is in active use the attack that does 80 to any pokemon( in this case 60 cuz of double turbo) then use the first attack to do 180 so plus 60 is 240 damage taken.

Tip : try to get your opponent to ko jirachi so you can search for cards.

PokePerson  I feel rad jirachi is better but 4 ultra balls makes my deck feel more consistent thx :)
