I have 2 things:

First, your opponent can use Boss's orders to get another Pokémon and they don't get the 10 damage counters on them.

Second, your deck has no energy attachment so mabye you should have some copies of Energy Switch (Silver Tempest) to get 2 energies on Ursaluna, use Energy Switch and manually attach the rest of the energies turn 1 and turn 2.

Thanks! Honestly, I think that Boss is just going to be a weakness. I put the Energy switch in, if you think I need more I'll add them.
