Going second is preffered in order to find poffin early.

Arven going for Buddy-Buddy Poffin (Temporal Forces)  if we only have 1 or 2 pokemons in the arena, otherwise, Brilliant Blender (Surging Sparks) early is very helpful.

Ideal targets for Brilliant Blender (Surging Sparks) are 2 spiky energy, a froslass, a lycanroc and a dark energy.

There are 2 ways to attack with Lycanroc, with Lana's aid taking a Lycanroc plus an energy, or with Counter Gain (Surging Sparks) (so we had time to attach a dark energy to munkidori) .

*We can also swap a Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade) into shaymin, but keep in mind that Froslass's ability also hurt her, so maybe use 1 Froslass and keep a snorunt unevolved or use both Munkidori to keep her alive.

*edit : change list from 3 munkidori into 2 munkidori and 1 shaymin.

Can swap the munkidori and Froslass evoline into 4-3 Dusclops evoline too, plus a TM evolution, 5 darkness energy into 4 physic energy + additional Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable).
