2021-2023 Rotation (D-F)

Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Lycanroc V and it's VMAX was used as a fringe meta pick in the Brilliant Stars format which is kind suprising given the card's attacks so I kind of tweaked those lists, adding Eternatus and Gapejaw Bog to "turbo" out the VMAX some. I also added a Volo as a tech to remove a VMAX from the field to avoid givign up 3 Prizes and
