This is my latest rendition of LZB with Kyogre (Celebrations). I stole the idea of Bruno as a neat late-game tech if you get Iono'd low, it increases your hand size and can make it much easier to Kyogre or pull off some kind of combo play for game. This could also be Roxanne (Astral Radiance) instead or cut altogether for consistency cards like 4th Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) . Good tech options include swapping Raikou for Pidgeot or Shaymin V. Personally, I don't think that is necessary but

This could also be Roxanne (Astral Radiance) instead or cut altogether for consistency cards like 4th Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) . Good tech options include swapping Raikou for Pidgeot or Shaymin V. Personally, I don't think that is necessary but there are good arguments for going to Pidgeot - it's very solid in the mirror, however it is a much worse attacker so if you are forced to pitch Dragonite, then Raikou is an ok backup. You could also add a Pal Pad - that card is insane for the late-game. I also think you could cut down the Super Rod count down to one and go with one Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) , 3 Energy Recycler (Battle Styles)  and one Klara (Chilling Reign) . Side note that Klara is extremely busted so its definitely worth considering.
