I think this can be improved. I've seen you tried different variations. Sdly, you wont find the perfect deck list (like a mew deck). So you have to come to terms with which matchups you are just going to straight up loose. Some problems i noticed: - 2 V's liabilities with no collapsed stadium. Plus you have Liepard as extra draw already. - Balloon can be changed for scoop up net if no V's are in play. A scoop up net can help you recover a single dedenne in opening hand. - Raihan is useless, you can't accelerate special energy. Some reccomendations. -Lower to 3x sinistea - Lower to 2x DTE, since you already have Roseanne. - No path nor basic energies. Duraludon vmax will be unwinnable. SR's shadow mist attack can be a problem too. - Liepard can't be searched with level ball, cinccino can. Plus, minccino from Brilliant stars has call for family for emergency turn 1 attack. Chech my list if you want to keep testing. Hope it helps.
