The most promising version of Magcargo ex i've seem so far, nice! But i would replace the Bibarel/Skowvet engine for 1 Lumineon-V + 1 Forest Seal Stone + 1 Exp. Share + 1 Rotom-V + 1 Mew ex. Then you would need to fit some Arvens too, and maybe a Thorton/Collapsed Stadium/Etc. to remove one of them from play once they've did their job. Overall, this type of engine is faster and more reliable, and gives you a garanteed way of finding Magma Basin.
You should also play a 70 HP Slugma, so you can search it with the poffin. And you could consider playing 1 of the baby Magcargo, that hits 220 for 3 energies.
