Spend your early game utilizing Magnezone Vstar to get the board you need to consistently power up your raikous, with raihan and flaafys. You can alternatively hide behind Diancie early game, and power up your magnezone v or Raikou. This is a deck that wants to poke your opponent with the vstar power and takes advantage of the metas big boards right now. You want to just all in on your magnezone and raikous, which makes it alternative from my Jolteon and Magnezone List I did awhile back. Have fun
