Why no elec generator?
Personally i swapped a ultra ball for a extra switch. If they boss order out a gardevoir it can be a bit pain full
also personally swaped a colress for a extra judge. Judge i good agsint this deck is weak against imo ( lost box and gardevoir ex)

The reason there is no electricity generator is because its not needed since you only need 1 energy for magnezones main attack, plus gardevoir is kind of an elec generator herself being able to attach an extra energy or two while drawing cards
