Hi,
I've had some fun and moderate success with the Galarian Slowking. I don't think the regular Slowking synergizes well with what you're hoping to go with here though.
My reccommendation would be to drop the psychic Slowking all together for another 1-1 or 2-1 line of the Galarian version, and probably drop the 1-1 Toxicroak just for consistency. That would also open up your energy needs to go just mono-dark energies, and you could use dark patch to set up other back-up Slowkings.
You can then opt to put in 1 or 2 skwovet to go with the bibarel, or put in a manaphy to protect the bench. It doesn't get as much utility as Gengar V would, but you could use the Single Strike Houndoom for energy accell with the SS Energies if you wanted.
