psiomega the intention of this deck is the be an expanded deck. Believe it or not, people actually play this format sometimes the focus is on Slowpoke and Psyduck, so the deck uses expanded cards since the tag team is an expanded card. Not every deck has to be standard.
Tangent i would suggest adding peonia or gladion in case water energies are in the prizes.
