I've tried so hard to make Chesnaught relevant haha he's so fun to play. I think you are onto something. I would maybe switch tsareena out for radiant Gardivor to reduce the damage Chesnaught takes. The goal would be to survive a one hit KO from a max powered Lugia. The more turns you can keep Chesnaught alive the better
