Lol I love the deck but I think it could probably be countered. One way that most decks might be able to counter it would be using Boss's Orders to bring up whatever Pokémon Jirachi powered up, and then kill it. Or kill the Jirachi before it's charged up. But cool deck, and hey, like Yozora says, "Memes < meta >:)"
