Why this deck is so effective you ask? Well usually decks have 10-20 Pokémon in competitive play. That means one of the most effective ways to win is this: Put in one Snorlax vmax at first then make sure it lasts until your opponent has all their Lugias and support mons on their bench. That is not how Echoing Horn works. Echoing Horn places basics from the discard if there is bench space. You need to actually test your decks before you post them.

Yeah, so it would be easier for Snorlax to take down

If they're already benching support Pokemon and their attackers, then echoing horn doesn't do anything.
