I'm wondering if Venusaur from Shining Legends acts as an equal/better version of Tsareena, because it makes all grass energy cards worth double, and a tool like Powerglass (Shrouded Fable) can instantly recover the discarded energy every turn. In order to remove the spirit link once it's used, you can always run another field blower or Magearna (Ultra Prism). Overall, I really do like this deck idea, and I applaud your ways of utilizing the Beedrill line in Expanded.
Personally, I am deeply offended by your deck title.
