Nothing new when it comes to these 2 being paired, only thing I added to it was carracosta for the additional 30 dmg to evolution pokemon. The ace spec here is Precious Trolley, and yes i know it doesn't pick up the Fossil, but it is nice to have the bench set up early since Dratini isn't buddy buddy poffin-able. Tech Cards int he deck are Chi-yu for the grass match ups (specifically Crustle), Articuno for Alakazam. Everything else is fairly self-explanatory since it's just a copy pasta mega dragonite

So far I've played 3 games in ranked, 1 was against zoroark, another against Iono's Bellibolt, the 3rd one i can't remember. Articuno was added because of 1 loss to an Alakazam deck in testing. You could go down to 1 Meowth, or cut out the Wally, not sure what cards you'd add in place of them (maybe an additonal stadium like Battle cage, an additional Ultra Ball, or another Night Stretcher)
