[P] Hand Power: Put 2 damage counters on your opponent's Active Pokémon for each card in your hand.

Tinkatuff

Ability: Surprise Hammer
When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may use this Ability. Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon.

[M] Light Punch: 30 damage.

Mysterious Garden

Once during each player's turn, that player may discard an Energy card from their hand in order to draw cards until they have as many cards in their hand as they have [P] Pokémon in play.

Suspicious ****

Devolve 1 of your evolved [P] Pokémon by returning any number of Evolution cards on it to your hand. (That Pokémon can't evolve this turn.)

Deck of the day, I'm honored, so I will elaborate a bit on my idea for this deck if anyone gets this far down :P It's a heavy draw deck using the new Alakazam line and Enriching Energy, with the help of Hilda and Colress's Tenacity. You can use Suspicious **** to return Alakazam and Kadabra to your hand, then place Enriching Energy on Abra and retreat it back into the deck with Enriching Energy and returning Abra to the board with Artazon. If you should then have an Abra and a Kadabra down from last round, you can instantly play your return cards for more draw, this is repeatable every round when setup alowing upto 9 card draw or 11 with Xatu per round, both Tinkaton and Alakazam have attacks that benefit from large hand size, Suspicious **** can also be used defensively on Tinkaton and Alakazam with Luxurious Cape to deny a prize card and return the evolved cards to hand, adding Xatu for Energy Acceleration and draw as well.
