Hi! I have a few thoughts on this deck. Please don't take them in a negative way as I mean them in a positive way! You should consider editing the deck to include a cheaper version of the 2 copies of Riolu and the 2 cheaper copies of Dawn. I'd reccomend not using the full-arts versions of cards when building decks as they are more expensive and make the decks price look more costly and therefore less apealing to other users of the site. (but that's just how I like to build and look at decks, maybe others would disagree)

In regards to actual criticisms of the deck it does seem like the riolu is just there because it looks cool? A better use of those 2 card slots would be to put a card like budew or some other early game staller. In addition you might consider putting in a regular non rule-box meganium. Notably the Meganium with the "Wild Growth" ability. As long as it is in play all grass energy you have in play count as 2 grass energy each. That means Mega Meagnium which normally would do 220 with its "giant bouquet." With Wild Growth Meganium on the field Giant Bouquet would do 370 damage instead which is enough to knock out most pokemon in the game. I believe this was the intended combo when the made mega maganium ex.

Also teal mask ogerpon ex synergizes really well with the combo you have here especially since you have energy switches. I've been running it with Mega Venasuar ex.
