Your goal is to evolve Mega Venusaur as fast as possible and keep her alive!
Your secondary goal is to not let your opponent get their Mega/Ex setup with Boss's Orders.

Key Cards & Strategies
Forest of Vitality lets you evolve Pokemon the turn you play them. 
Dawn gets your Meganium and Ludicolo lines into your hands.
Meganium's ability halves Grass Energy cost so your MV only needs two energy cards
Maximum Belt lets you do 50 more damage bringing Jungle Dump up to 290, enough to one or two shot
