I think u should increase the Meganium line, cut the Vigor, use Scramble Switch, Max Rod, Prime Catcher, or Secret Box for the Ace Spec, play a few more Lillie's Determination, cut the Shuckle, use TM Oger, cut a Mega Signal, and add a few more energy but don't go above 11.
