What do you mean by banned Chien Pao ??
The format has a small ban list with Roaring Moon ex and Chien Pao ex being banned. Chien Pao is banned because its way stronger than the other ex/V Battle Decks and Roaring Moon is banned because Houndoom ex (or any future Dark Battle Decks) would just attack with that instead.
