Deck Primer

Spread damage and then release the Cat.

Strategy: I suggest going second with this deck to hopefully pull off Precious Trolley to get your board set up. Anyways, for your first turn, attempt to get out 2 Sprigatito's, 1-2 Pidgey's, 1 Duskull, 1 Munkidori, and Budew (Don't get this out when going first) or Shaymin if you're against a deck that has Snipe Attackers like Wellspring Ogerpon ex. Though if you can't pull off Trolley, then try and get out 2 Sprigatito's, and 1-2 Pidgey's. Furthermore, you

Though if you can't pull off Trolley, then try and get out 2 Sprigatito's, and 1-2 Pidgey's. Furthermore, you can use either Budew's Itchy Pollen to slowly set up while item-locking your Opponent or TM: Evolution to evolve your Sprigatito's and Pidgey's. Furthermore, you should prioritize getting up your Pidgeot ex and Meowscarada ex so I'd recommend to use TM: Evolution over Itchy Pollen in order to get your Floragato and Pidgeotto to then be able to Ultra Ball for Pidgeot ex and then use Quick Search for something else like Meowscarada ex or another card you need if you have a second Ultra Ball or a Meowscarada ex already I hand. Precious Trolley the ACE SPEC of choice, allows you to fully set up your board which is especially helpful when going second on your first turn. Artazon is ran at 1 Copy for this reason but could be ran as 2 if preferred. Anyways, Crispin and Counter Gain help you attack with Meowscarada ex instantly whether that being behind prizes and needing an Energy Atttachment or by using Crispin for 1 Grass and 1 Darkness Energy to get onto Meowscarada. You should be able to spread damage relatively quickly due to Munkidori and the Dusknoir Line being in this deck along with Meowscarada ex's Ability, Bouquet Magic, when these Damage Counters are on your Opponent's Pokémon, it'll allow Meowscarada's Attack, Scratching Nails to swing for 220 instead of 100 Damage which is quite nice and the Damage you place on them from Dusknoir or Munkidori should allow Meow to be able to KO them pretty easily. Furthermore, you can also get more Damage onto your Opponent's Pokémon with Maractus stalling earlier on in the game when you're starting to brick as when it's KO'd they'll take 60 Damage which is really helpful especially since you can force them to KO it by using Corner to trap them in the Active. Professor's Research helps get you a new hand and is especially helpful as you'll sometimes find yourself with a low hand size. Pidgeot ex is a great partner Pokémon for Meowscarada ex because it can help you find your cards you need from your deck and put it into your hand due to its Ability Quick Search. Also, do note that Shaymin doesn't block Damage Counters which is separate from Damage itself which primary examples being Dragapult ex's Attack Phantom Dive and Dusknoir's Cursed Blast, but it does block damage to your bench from cards like Blaziken (Destined Rivals) and Wellspring Ogerpon ex. That is all I have to say for the strategy section so feel free to make any changes or to leave any suggestions!

CTC: The cards will be sorted into a list with a brief description, feel free to cut out any cards you don't like in this list and replace them with any of the suggestions here or for your own ideas.

With that being said, here is the list:

- 2nd Munkidori - Provides better consistency and allows you to typically move off more damage when both are in play.

- 3-2 + 1 ex Line of Dudunsparce with Run Away Draw and Dudunsparce ex which is an alternative to Pidgeot ex.

- 2nd Professor's Research - Allows you to have better consistency and lets you get higher hand sizes more oftenly.

- 4th Iono - Provides more Disruption.

- Colress's Tenacity - Should be played if you run Grand Tree or NUE (Neo Upper Energy).

- 2 more Buddy-Buddy Poffins - Required if you cut Trolley out for something else.

- 2nd Nest Ball - Provides more consistency and allows you to get some Basic Pokémon that're over 70 HP.

- 1 Super Rod - Provides more Recory Options, especially helpful with recovering your Dusknoir Line and Energies.

- 1 Energy Retrieval - Combines with Meows's Bouquet Magic Ability fairly well as you can recover your Energy you discard with that Ability.

- 2nd Artazon - Provides more consistency.

- Grand Tree - Helps evolve into your Stage Two Pokémon much quicker.

- Neo Upper Energy - Works as a replacement for DTE which allows Meow to Attack with just 1 Energy Attachment being this.

That concludes all the cards I can suggest, so feel free to do whatever you desire and have a good rest of your day!

This deck was really fun to test in the current format, especially due to the variety of builds that can work with Meowscarada ex.

Update for the Gholdengo ex & Ethan's Typhlosion Build: After countless testing with the deck, it didn't seem as good as I anticipated so I decided to scrap the build. I do apologize for this decision.

PokePerson Thank you for your feedback! That does seem like a good idea but Dusknoir does allow Meowscarada ex to get easier KO's on Stage Two Pokémon though I will do testing with the Froslass Line, furthermore, a second Munkidori is not that bad of an idea.

just a downgraded dragapult deck.

-Meowscarada ex (Paldea Evolved) line

-5 grass energy

-1 darkness energy

-1 counter gain

---------------------------------------------------------------

+3 dreepy

+3 drakloak

+2 dragapult ex

+3 fire energy

+ 3 psychic energy

+1 squakabilly ex

BOOM

now you are basically cheating and will annoy any opponent you come across.

deckdex Thank you for your feedback, though, Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade) with Meowscarada ex (Paldea Evolved) kind of ruins this deck as Pult would become the primary Attacker and Meowscarada ex wouldn't really be used as much, and by removing all of the Grass Energy, it makes Meowscarada's Ability, Bouquet Magic useless, which then makes Meowscarada ex (Paldea Evolved) less useful. Though, besides that, if I were to add in Pult, I'd have to make even more modifications to this list besides what you had suggested, which at that point would be better to make a deck about instead, so thank you for another idea!
