I like the idea of this deck. It can attack the bench with Sinistcha and Meowscarada in an endless loop, not having to worry about running out of energy. Plus, Meowscarada is a decent main attacker and can easily KO a Charizard. I changed Unfair Stamp for a Hyper Aroma, which will help you set up Bibarel, Sinistcha, and Floragato on the same turn. I also play Jamming Tower and Gapejaw Bog. There are some other changes I made too, but overall it's a fun deck with several ways to play it.
Adding on to the list of changes corey90145098 gave, you should add manaphy because of Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade) which can easlily KO your pokemon waiting to be evolved or your draw engines.
