You only need 2 Drapion V, 1 Pidgeot V, and 1 Minior; add Hisuan Heavy Balls so that you can get the out of Prizes if needed.
Also, good luck keeping up with Manual Attaching with Luxray.
Good deck idea, but many, many, things that could be changed.
- You should probably only have 1 or 2 Drapion V in each deck, prefferably one.
- Luxray is good, but it'll take too long for it to get manually charged up. I would also only run two.
- Minior is good in Counterbox (or whatever you want to call it, I'll just say counterbox) but you really only need one as a last resort attacker.
- Pidgeot V seems like it would play best in Lost Box and maybe Palkia VSTAR, and does well in counterbox too, but I feel like if you're running it in counterbox you only need one.
- Spiritomb is a extremely helpful card in counterbox (or any deck) but you really only need one.
That leaves you with 7 pokemon. All do preform well in counterbox but it's just to little.
My favorite counterbox is this one, https://pokemoncard.io/deck/tatsugiri-control-4-0-69591, I would take ideas from there.
The trainer selection is kind of weird too, I would add some trainer cards that are good in the meta.
I hope I helped!
