With the arrival of the new Parodox rift set, there are arguably 10 meta decks that dominate tournaments, here is the account of the tenth.

When I was saying arguably in all my Meta deck series, I ment this deck in particular. This is the pretty standard build of this deck, and it covers everything it needs. For a long time a was wondering why Pidgeot V is in this deck, it's so that you can use Forest Seal Stone, and shuffle it back, because it is now useless.
