Giovanni's Exile (Hidden Fates) will prevent crobat, dedenne, and Tapu Lele from getting bossed, especially with ADP in expanded
Iplaylostbox Thx for the advice you surely make a fair point, however, there's only three reasons for exile that make it pull its own weight as a spot in an expanded deck:
- You are severely pressed for bench space and for some reason you can't run sky field.
- You have core abilities (dedenne/lele/etc. don't count) that can be activated if either discarded or put back in play.
- You are running super consistent single prizers that have extra turns for supporters since only when running single prizers is when opponents would most often gust one of the cards you mentioned.
This deck doesn't qualify any of the three criteria, but don't get me wrong, it certainly isn't useless, but its just not useful enough to replace any other card in the deck. (the only reason opponent would gust consistency benches in this deck is if their main attack deals exactly between 180-220, since they cannot OHKO Fire)
Also ADP is not a problem. The turn ADP uses creation is the turn you take 3 prizes, instantly having the upper hand in the prize trade. since 2 turns is more than enough to charge a fire with one volcanion buff.
Not necessarily a question for this deck, because the +60 hp from boost capsule seems pretty strong here, but is there a reason I don't see a lot of wishful batons in decks that are similar to these with a 3-energy attacker? I feel like there are decks that rely on a welder every turn and batons would free up a turn or two for some other supporter.
DQ11 Fan Fire Crystal is generally easier to use and doesn't overlap with Baton!
