Optimized build of United Wings.

I did some digging and realized that United wings is actually a tad bit better than Mad Party. This deck is almost exactly the same as my first ever deck here, META Mad Party - PokemonCard except with United Wings. So technically, the deck I just showed you, thats not optimized, this one is.

Is rescue stretcher worth over rescue carrier? I mean rescue stretcher can shuffle one more into the deck I guess
