This has some potential. To be a little bit more efficient I personally would do the following.

 

Drop the following

6 steel energies

1 potion

2 pokeball

2 katy

2 iron 

2 corcaloar

So 15 total 

Add the following

3 magma basin (amazing stadium for this deck)

2 nest ball

4 rare candy 

Radiant charizard (power hitter)

3 professors research 

2 ultra ball

So 15 replacement

 

Let me know please if this works a bit better for efficiency in this deck.
