I really like the concept, but I think the execution could be a bit more optimized.
4 Air Balloon: Not really at all necessary. 1 or 2 is all that's really needed; and you may want to consider Metal Bridge Archaludon (Stellar Crown) as a better pivot option. (Pivoting isn't very useful here, as this is a wall deck with blitz elements.)
2 Clavell: Clavell can only search out your Honedge, of which you only have 4. As such, one Clavell will be useless / of minimal use every game, guaranteed. Replacing these with Brock's Scouting (Journey Together) is significatly stronger, as they can not only search out all of your Basics but can also find your Evolutions.
4 Cheren: Supporters like these are everywhere, and the one constant is that they're always very bad. 4 Professor's Research (Paldean Fates) is a significantly stronger draw option, and additionally lets you get more Metal Energy into the discard to use Assemble Alloy more consistently.
1 Kofu: ehhhh... Kofu's just not very good. An Iono (Paldea Evolved) would be better here for some disruption options.
2 Cyrano: Probably not necessary. Replacing them with 2 Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet) is just significantly stronger.
3 Aegislash / 3 Aegislash ex: 2 of these are guaranteed to be useless every game; you simply can't play enough Doublade. I'd cut it to:
* 3 Aegislash / 1 Aegislash ex (I think this is probably strongest, as it keeps the wall build intact.)
* 2 Aegislash / 2 Aegislash ex (I think this is a more agressive build; I'd only use it if you find yourself consistently using it to close out games.)
* 3 Aegislash / 2 Aegislash ex (I don't really like this one, as it guarantees a dead card, but it is technically the most flexible of the options.
20 Metal Energy: Probably the biggest issue; I'd say about half of these could be cut and replaced with cards like 3/4 Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet), 2 Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable), 1/2 Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift), 1 Tool Scrapper (White Flare), and a couple Arven (Scarlet & Violet).
That's my take on it; feel free to do what you want with this deck though.
