For the most part this is your garden-variety Mew VMAX deck, but here are a couple suggestions:
-I'd run 4 Genesect V to maximize card draw and prevent awful prize card scenarios.
-Use a couple Boss's Orders, because Mew decks lose badly to Spiritomb.
-DTE is nice, but I'd run 4 Fusion Strike Energies along with Meloetta or Eiscue to make the most of them. Elesa's Sparkle would also make faster setups for this strategy.

i used to run meloettta but found it to just get in the way and am still trying to pull 2 more genesects what would you recomend take out for 1 boss

I would reccomwnd removing Roxxane for iono because it works the whole game.
I would also cut one meloetta for one fusion strike eiscue
