Deck Primer

Set up using Genesect V + Rotom Phone. 

Use Peony to get necessary trainers and then refuel your hand using Genesect V's Fusion Strike System ability.

Attack with Mew VMAX's Cross Fusion Strike to copy either Genesect V's Techno Blast attack, or Latias's Dyna Barrier attack, depending which is needed.

You can also attack using Mew VMAX's Max Miracle attack if you need to.
