Snatch arm is an item card that allows you to look at your opponents hand and choose a Pokémon you find there and put it onto the bottom of their deck. More control style, and Giacomo helps with that. Peony because I really like the card. Should be pretty popular once we get this card, it's been doing well in Japan.
