Cool deck idea! But you should totally add some more trainers and remove some pokemon - with how your deck is right now, I can imagine you'll be stuck with no cards you can play too often!

Some basic changes might look like: -1 farfetchd -1 togepi -1 blissey -1 chansey -1 relicanth -1 shellos -1 slaking V -1 aipom -1 ambipom and finally -4 psychic energy

Then add +4 professors research +2 shauna +3 solrock +2 lunatone +2 ultra ball

This way you can keep lots of the cool pokemon you have in your deck, but draw more cards and power up your lunatones with solrocks for big damage each turn.

But sorry to say that I don't have extra solrock, lunatone, ultra ball and professor's research
