2024-2025 Rotation (F-H)

Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in. Mewtwo V probably has the best VSTAR  of the cover Pokemon in the format overall with its Psy Purge attack being able to hit for 270 (300 with Choice Belt) and Munkidori can add another 30 so it can one shot any VMAX.
