Mewtwo Vstar deck with the Gardevoir Engine, pretty self explainatory deck. Can sub in cheryl for like avery if needed. However I think the board control from that card is better, you can go all the way down to 9 energy to expand the decklist because of zacian's ability. 

I considered Dedenne EX as well, however hes a squishy attacker, that would require running an item to beef him up, still an option though to clear damage counters, or just cut energy to add penny.

Mewtwo Vstar is obviosly the primary attacker, don't rush his vstar ability, because you're running a Forest Seal Stone. Gardevoir allows you to continually dish out damage for free with mewtwo if they can't find an answer.
