Mill is an alternative win condition rarely seen in Pokemon. Mostly because theirs very little counterplay. So it makes sense that most "Mill" Pokemon like Durant and that new Great Tusk card mill at most 4 cards a turn. This was likely designed so that you couldn't mill all of your opponent's cards in one turn and give your opponent enough time to take the 6 prize cards they need to win the game. This was likely designed so that you couldn't mill all of your opponent's cards in one turn and give your opponent enough time to take the 6 prize cards they need to win the game. Wugtrio and Gyrados can potentially mill way more cards, but are all dependent on a coin flip. if you want a competitive mill deck play Great Tusk, but this is for fun casual play.
