I am guessing that all the other pokemons are used to give energy to Koraidon. If I am right then maybe you could attach Binding Mochi (Shrouded Fable)  to give Koraidon a huge damage output

This is a Whiscash mill deck so the Pokémon that attach energy are all attaching it to Whiscash, and Koraidon is so it can attach energy from the discard pile to Barboach before it evolves Lewis chai
